1. Content responsibility
IPTV UK Service provides access to media streams. We do not host, produce, broadcast or own the content delivered through the service, and we make no claim to hold distribution rights over it.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they hold any rights necessary to view the content they access, in their own jurisdiction. By using the service you confirm that you accept that responsibility.
2. TV Licence obligations
In the United Kingdom, a valid TV Licence is required to watch or record live broadcast television as it is being shown, on any device and by any delivery method, and separately to use BBC iPlayer at all.
This obligation is independent of your subscription with us and is not satisfied by it. Customers are responsible for holding a valid licence where the rules require one.
3. Legal position
We set out the UK legal position on IPTV openly rather than obscuring it, including the parts that do not favour services like ours. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice.
If you require certainty about your own position, seek independent legal advice rather than relying on any provider's website — ours included.
4. Service availability
Streams are delivered over the public internet and depend on your own broadband connection, your local network, your device and third-party source feeds outside our control. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free delivery.
Individual channels may become unavailable at any time as upstream sources change. Channel lineups are indicative and are not guaranteed to remain constant for the duration of a subscription.
United Kingdom internet service providers implement court-ordered blocks against certain services, particularly around live sporting fixtures. Such blocks are outside our control.
5. Third-party applications
IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, Smart IPTV, VLC, GSE Smart IPTV and similar players are independent products developed and maintained by third parties. We are not affiliated with them, do not control them and cannot warrant their behaviour, security or continued availability.
Some of these applications charge their own separate fees, which are unrelated to your subscription with us. Install applications only from official app stores or the developer's own website.
6. Third-party trade marks
Sky, Sky Sports, Sky Glass, Sky Stream, TNT Sports, NOW, Virgin Media, BT, EE, Freeview, Freely, Amazon, Fire TV, Samsung, LG, Apple, Google, Netflix and all other names and marks referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners.
They are used on this site for identification and comparison purposes only. No affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship is claimed or implied.
7. Comparative information
Prices, contract terms and channel counts quoted for other providers are typical advertised rates at the time of writing and change frequently. They are provided for general comparison and should be verified with the provider directly before you make any decision.
Our provider comparison ranks our own service first and discloses that conflict of interest openly on the page itself.
8. No warranty
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
9. Copyright complaints
We operate a notice-and-takedown process and act on reports from rights holders. If you believe content accessible through the service infringes your copyright, please submit a notice through our DMCA page and we will respond promptly.
