Setting up Windows PC & Laptop, step by step

1. Test the line in VLC first — Media → Open Network Stream (Ctrl+N), paste your full M3U URL, press Play. If channels load here, the line is fine and any problem is elsewhere.
2. Browse the channel list — View → Playlist, or Ctrl+L, shows every channel. VLC has no EPG, so this is a flat list — fine for diagnosis, poor for daily viewing.
3. Install IPTV Smarters for actual viewing — Download the Windows client from the developer's own website. Log in with Xtream Codes for the EPG and film library.
4. Connect the PC to your TV — HDMI from the laptop works, though a dedicated streaming device on the television is a better long-term arrangement.
